Hey everyone... I hope you all had wonferful Christmas's!* Mine was great! =) I got clothes, and that's it. That's all I wanted tho. Wel, except for a puppy. =(

Me, Nikki and Emily are going to see Cheaper by the Dozen tonight. It will be fun, as always! We'll miss Courtney tho!

Hey! *waves* I haven't updated in a long time! I'm sorry.. I really just haven't had the time, or the desire to do it. Oh well.

An update on things:
-Football season is over. =( This really makes me sad. I love football. And I love our football players. It was an amazing season though.. I loved every minute of it. I'm proud of my Raiders.
-Drama.. well, we didn't do as well at state as I would have hoped. Of, course, I'm biast and I think we got ripped. But, I loved it so very much! Now I'm starting on Forensics! yay* I can't wait!
-Emily is HOME.. for a whole month! Wow, you don't even know how much this excites me! It's going to be awesome!
-Basketball season has started. It's going to be extremely hectic with boys and girls both playing. It should be fun though. =)
-Christmas is a week from today!! I am sooo excited! I can't wait!

Randoms:
-My retainer sucks ass.
-My cousins are coming in... joy.
-I'm sick of being SICK
-We caught Saddam.. Osoma here we come. lol
-I love the snow.

Hey everyone! I am here at UVA! I got here Friday evening, and I have had sooo much fun!* I hope everyone has had as good a break as I have had!! =)

Tuseday-Em came to school with me.. it was great having her there with me! =) That night, we went...out. Ahh.. too much fun lemme tell ya! *winks*

Wednesday- Em, and I went to the mall. We did some major Christmas shopping..it was sooo much fun!* We ate dinner at Applebee's, and then met 2 *certain* people at Cheddar's for desert! It was great!* =)

Thursday- I got up around 9 , got ready and headed up to the church. It was our annual community Thanksgiving dinner. Our church, along with others, deliver Thanksgiving dinner to the old and the needy in our community. I went on the delivery to the High Rise... it was really a great exerience. I felt so good the whole day after doing that. I need to do more for community.. more things like that, it was very uplifiting. After that, we came home and my mom had cooked our Thanksgiving meal....wow.. it was delicious! We watched 'Finding Nemo' as a family, and then I went to bed.

Friday- I got up, and got ready, and we headed to C-ville!* When we got here, me, Emily, Anjali, Tiffany, and Brandon all went and ate at Outback. MMMM* It was yummy! Everyone came back to Em's dorm for a while and hung out, and then I went to bed.

Today, we got up early and went to McDonald's for breakfast. After a quick meal, we went to the stadium to get in line for the game. We stood for about an hour, and then went in. Me and Brandon and Allyson ran to get good seats! It worked too!* It was a wonderful game! I had a lot more fun at this one than the FSU game!!* WE BEAT TECH 35-21!! Oh yes.. it was exciting.. everyone stormed the field afterwards, and Emily and I got on a local TV station! Wow, it was fun!* And, yes.. I won the bet..hahahahahahahahaha *grins*
We came back to the dorms, got ready, adn then went to the corner to eat dinner. We ate at a little pubcalled Jaburwake(sp?) It was great! And, then of course, we went to Arch's...the best yogurt ever!!* MMMMMMM* It was very fun! I have decided for sure that this is where I want to come to school. It's beautiful, and classy. I love everything about it!!* I can't wait to come to college! =)

Tomorrow Brandon and I are leaving around 3 to come home. I plan on getting up, going to church with Ems, eating lunch, and then hitting the road!*

We play Bath Co. on Saturday, so I will be right back up this way! And straight from there I come back to C-ville for state drama!!* We stay saturday till Tuesday! It's going to be sooooo much fun. And, yes, we will bring back home the trophy! =) =)

Lots to Update on!!

Hey ya'll! I have been meaning to update this thing again since the weekend. This is the first time I have had a break in my day to do this. I'm in the process of getting ready, and had some time.. so here goes..*

I'll start with the w/e!

-Friday.. school, the usual! Then me, Katie, and Britni all headed down to Castlewood for the scrimmage against Gate City!* It was fun.. I love those two to death! =) Many memories! After that.. well.. we won't go into that! *winks*

-Saturday.. GAME DAY!! I woke up and got ready to go to the breakfast! It was a whole lot more fun this time! And the food was much better! I enjoyed it!! =D I came home, and got ready for the game. It was also loads of fun! We won!! We are the Region D Champions!! We travel to Hot Springs to plau Bath Co. next week!! Shew, I really really want to make it to state! I am so proud of our guys!! =)

-Sunday.. church, and hung out with my mom and dad!

Other news.. EMILY IS HOME!!!! She came in last night! She also came to school with me today! Aww I love her soo much! It's going to be a great week!!

ALSO.. I got my braces off!!* yay!* I love my teeth.. haha! It's exciting!! =D

Well.. today has seemed to be endless. I am so ready for the weekend it's almost unbareable. I know, I'm pathetic. It's sad, that I live today only for tomorrow. hmmm.. =/

I'm thinking maybe it's time for me to do a little 'soul searching' so to speak. I need to find out who I am.. or at least at this point in my life. I feel as if I am always in the shadows of other people. Family.. friends..everyone. Why am I so afraid to be the person I really am? Maybe, I'm not afraid.. maybe I just don't know who I am at all. I think of myself as a pretty well rounded person.. I'm involved in cheerleading, band, and dramatics...I'm a firm believer in God.. and I love to shop and the color pink. But, where does this take me? What does this make me? I don't know. Maybe, the way I am right now, is just fine.. but, I feel like I need to be more...I need to have more opinions... more interests..more friends. No matter what I do, I just feel like I am selling myself short. I mean don't get me wrong.. I am happier at this point in my life than I have ever been before. I am going to stay positive.. I will grow and change with time. For now, I'm just going to be a normal teenager.

Okay.. I don't know where that came from! I'm just in one of 'those' moods I guess you could say.

Cheerleaidng went so much better today. We have planned a really good pep rally for Friday!* I can't wait!

We have already made the state drama plans. Boy, I'm so pumped!

My other half comes back to me on MONDAY!* 4 days.. * I just can't stand it anymore..I desperately need to see her! I love you Emily!

I ordered my class ring today..* It's going to be so pretty! I just can't believe I am already doing this. It seems almost surreal.

Other than that.. not much is going on! I want to re-do my journal completeley but I need help!! So if anyone knows how to make cute lay outs and wouldn't mind helping me, then please comment and let me know!

Way to Go Dramatic Raiders!!

This is just a little update to tell you all the we WON the regional theater festival today!* I'm so happy.. and proud of us!*

Also.. the football team won on Saturday, which means that we will play Twing Springs next weekend! It will either be played here, or at UVA Wise. I'm really hoping it's at home! I just don't want the last home game to have been this past weekend. I want one more!* lol! Hopefully we will win, and advance on!* Woo!

hmmm.. not much esle is really going on.. I saw "Godspell".. it was very good* Brandon was outstanding!

Emily comes home in less than a week!!* woo hoo.. I cannot wait!

Hey! *waves* How is everyone?! I'm just *peachy*! It's Thursday night, which means tomorrow is Friday!!* yay!* I can't wait! Our drama team WON the LPD Festival* It was great, on to regions now!! I thought Coeburn's play was outstanding.. along with PV's!

Last night, we played Gate City! The score was like 62-18.. BUT.. once again we scored more points on them than any other team in the district. I think that says something. We played so well the first half. We really hung with them. But, they were just too much for us.. it's hard for our guys who go from one side of the ball to the other w/o a break.. but, we did the best we could.. and I certainly am proud of them!* We play St. Paul next Saturday at home!* Wow, it's exciting! GO RADIERS!

I think Danielle is spending the night tonight.. so we will have a good time. We need to have a good girl talk..!'

And it's obviously not today... haha! It hasn't been the weekend I anticipated it to be. Here is a quick recap..

Friday- School was good. Mr. L let the student body dress up for Halloween. I had to wear my uniform, so I didn't. But, a lot of people did! It was fun! I would have to say the best costumes were Emma and Aaron. They looked great! We had a pep rally! I was a base for the first time this year. We put up Ashleigh, all went well until the last cradle..it was a lil shakey.. but we still did it! Friday night, I handed out candy to our 200 some trick or treaters..lol.. Danielle came over and hung out. We went out with KT for a few min. And then I went to bed. It was not a very exciting night!

Saturday, I got up at 8 and got ready to go to the breakfast with the football team. The food was alright, but I'm not much of a breakfast person. I gave Aaron his present.. he seemed to like it. I swear I love him to death. =) After that I got ready and went to the game. It was very hot.. we played really bad the first half, but second half we kicked booty! But, we just couldn't pull it out. I'm proud of my Raiders though.. ya'll fought back, and didn't give up. My 'rents were out of town this w/e, so I had to stay with my grandparents. Luckily I still got to go out. A few of us went and ate at Yamatos.. then hung out at Danielle's.. tried to get in to see TCM.. went to DQ... I was in a horrible mood the whole night. So I feel like I kind of ruined it for everyone. So, I'm sorry guys.

Today, I went to church..and then slept.. and sleeping past drama practice. Shew..I can't believe I did that. Ms. Davis is going to kill me. =(

Speaking of drama.. we compete at PV this week. I hope all goes well. It will be fun though! I am excited.*

..Exciting Weekend!..

I will start off by saying that on Saturday the J. I. Burton Raider Marching Band WON the McChESNEY CUP!!!!!!! Wow.. it was awesome. It was by far the feeling and experience of a lifetime. I have never been more happy and proud in my whole life. We finally got the recognition we deserve! I cried my eyes out with tears of joy! We have worked so hard for this, and certainly has payed off. On our way back to Norton, we had a police and fire truck escort through town. Gosh it was sooo much fun! To all the band members... I love each and every one of you in a very special way. I try to explain the feeling you get when you are part of the Raider band to other people. But, I know that no one understands it, but us. I am so proud of you all. Especially my flute section.. you girls are the best!* =) It's been a wonderful season! "What did we get?? BIG TROPHY!!!

Friday, I went to Chris's house. Needless to say I had a good time...for the most part anyways. Em was in and that made it so much more fun!

After the competition.. me, Ems, and Danielle went out! We had a pretty good time.

Today, I went to church. To my granny's b-day party, and then to a church picnic. After that, I went to see Cold Creek Manor. It was scary.. but strange!

NO SCHOOL TOMORROW!* I plan on shopping with Emily. =)

Hey ya'll!! I know you all are probably thinking...why in the world is EMILY updating BONNIE'S journal?? Well, I'm up in Charlottesville, trying to put off studying as much as I can...and I was bored so I thought that since my lil sis is SO SLOW with the whole updating thing that I'd do it for her.
Well, let's see..what to talk about...since I'm not actually IN good ole' Norton, I don't really know that much about what's going on. I DO know that we have a pretty big game coming up tomorrow night! Wow, I wish more than ANYTHING that I could be there for this one. I'll tell ya one thing...PV better be ready, cause my boys are coming to town, and they're ready for a battle. I'm not even there and I KNOW that one! So, good luck to all the Burton football players!! I love you all soo sooo much and I miss you tons!! Always remember that Ain't NOTHIN' greater than a RAIDER!!!

Hey everyone. First of all I want to apologize for failing to update recently. It's just so much is going on.. I am about to go insane..lol!*

Summer...well it came and went. Shew, this summer was really good for me! I grew up so much... I changed so much.. mostly for the better. But, as always, there are a few things about this summer that I regret. But, we won't get into that. All in all, my summer was wonderful!* Here's just a few ppl who made me summer the greatest yet! *Emily, Danielle, Michelle, Carrie, Katie, Nikki, Leisha, Justin, Dave,Zo, Court, Elesha, Brandon and Worm...you all are the best!*

School is going *great* I have the easiest schedule, and the best teachers!

Cheerleading...WOW.. we are soo good this year. We gave the most kick butt pep rally last Friday..and we are going to do it again this week..and you better believe we'll have a major kick ass one for the Wise game. We have gotten so many compliments... the new girls have come a long way... all of us are working hard! It's just been great!*

Band.. we had our first performance Friday night, and we did pretty darn good! It all looks promising! I just can't wait till it all comes together. It's going to be better than amazing.

Drama.. we are doing "A Midsummer Night's Dream"! Try-outs were today..I got the part I want, Helena!* =) =) Boy, am I excited! There is soo much talent this year. Looks like *another* trip to Charlottesville.

Well..Emily has left me. She is up at UVA and loving every minute of it!!* I am so glad she is happy up there! But, I miss her soo much! She is coming in for the Wise game tho.. gah, it's going to be so much fun!!* =)

Hey all! How are ya? I'm pretty good.. I thought I should update.. so here goes.. I will start with my weekend.!

Friday- Press Day!* I think the pictures went well! *crosses fingers*
That night, Em and I headed down to Elesha's. We got a pretty late curfew for us.. 2:30.. needless to say I was excited! lol! The people there were.. me, Emily, Elesha, Courntey, Nelli, Joyce, Val, Justin, Zo, Worm, Aaron, and Curtis. We all just hing out.. it was fun!

Saturday- Our family got up, got ready and headed over to Gate City to visit the Humphrey's. We talked at their house for a while, and then we left to go to the Chop House, I rode with Will in his car, He had this neat cd thingy, lol.. I was amused! haha! We just ate, and visited! It was good seeing them again.. I had a wonderful time.

Sunday- I went to church. Then later, Danielle came over and we went walking and then just chilled. It was a good day.

Today was the first day of cheerleading camp, and it went very well! I am so excited about this year! We really are going to be good!

Tonight, I think Danielle, Emily and I are going to see Freaky Friday! So that will be fun!

Hey!!How are ya? Me..I'm actually great! I have had the best week of my summer! It's been one great memory after another! So I'm gonna tell ya all about it!

On Saturday Danielle, me and her family left for Gatlinburg! We had soo much fun! We got an Old Timey photo made..it's adorable! I absolutely love it! Over the few days we were there, we spent a lot of time with Danielle's cousin, Heather! She was awesome! It was great getting to know her! Their family was extremeley nice.. I now know where Danielle gets it from! I just wanna thank her, for giving me the best vaca. of the summer, and the best memories! I love you!

We got back on Wednesday, and I was rushed to a church picnic. I had fun, actually! Some of the youth got together afterwards (Emily, Kathy Mahan, Laura, Matt{from Oklahoma}, and Will) and went putt putting! It was fun! After that, me, Kathy, Matt and Emilywent riding around! It was fun.. got my mind of some things... so that was great.

Yesterday, I woke up and got ready for the country concert at Fun Fest! At 3:25, me, Emily, Brandon Crowder and Danielle left for Kingsport! We had such a good time at the concert! I must say that Chris Cagle completely made my night! It was great!* Afterwards, we all went and ate at Cheddars! YummY! It was fantabulous! All in all it was a wonderful night, with 3 great ppl!

That brings me to today! I got my hair cut this morning! I like it very much =)! Then Nikki came over and we discussed cheerleading stuff and talked to the coaches! I always have fun with her! Love you! Then KT came and got me and we went over to Danielle's to wait on Leish! Yes that's right Aleisha! Us for went to eat at Fish Tales, and then I rode with KT down to the Country Club! Leish and Danielle came a lil later! We had so much fun! It was great being with Leish again..I had missed her so much! We are all planning on getting together again real soon! I swear, those girls are the best.. I love each of you all soo much! Today made me summer soo great! =)

My family from Kentucky is in, so I will be busy with them till Sunday. And then on Monday Band Camp starts! Woo, boy I'm excited.. yes I know I am a big dork, but I love band, and all the ppl in it! It's going to be a good week!

Hey everyone! This update is mainly just to tell ya'll that I'm leaving in the morning to go to Gatlinburg with Danielle and her family. I am extremely excited! I can't wait to get out of here.. and get away from all the drama. And trust me, there's been enough since i got back from the beach to last me a while! haha!

Anyways, I will miss all my friends!* -Michelle, KT, Carrie!- I love ya'll!* It was good for all us to hang out again! When we all get back, we'll do it asap!

Last night, Danielle, Michelle, and I went to see How to Deal. It was pretty good! It had a lot of good things in it! =)

Lats night was soo much fun! For the first time this summer, all us girls got together! I had missed you all so much!* It was great spending time with ya'll!*

Last night at 7:30..me, Michelle, Carrie, and Danielle all went to Katies!* We hung out with her family for a few.. and then we went our for a lil bit!* We finally made our way up to Movie Starz! WE rented 'Darkness Falls'. It was freaky! We had fun making our *exit* out of the parking lot at K-Mart! We had quite an adventure on the way home too.. we spotted a lil *something* that we just had to have! "ahh..fuck it..let's go!!haha...good times!*
We came home, and made brownies and talked for forever!* It was good to have our girl talks.. there were defiently some things we needed to discuss! We watched he movie, and yes, I was the most freaked out of all! Carrie coming to a close second!
Then, we went to bed! We woke up kinda early, and Katie made us the most delicious waffels in the world!! THANK YOU SWEETIE!* We really enjoyed those!*
We had the bright idea to take the Not-A out for a drive this morninG! It was soo much fun! I was privliaged to get the only seat in the back! lol Thanks Michelle! We went down 'roller coaster' hill...haha.. and almost got stuck in someones yard! But Katie got us out!*
Danielle came home with me and we hung out here for a lil while, til her mom came!
Now I am just sitting here about to get in the shower and make plans for tonight!* BUT FIRST... how could I forget my shout-outs?!? lol*

*Carrie- I'mso glad we have gotten closer recently! I had a great time last night.. remember what we learned?!? Wow, we were excited..lol! I love ya hun!*

Well today was my last day of school! Thank goodness.. I was so sick of it! And hopefully I am going to have a kick ass summer!

Hey! This entry is for Danielle, because she so kindly reminded me that I needed to update this thing! So here ya go hun...

-School is really getting old... I can't stand classes, and I am getting sick of the annoying ppl! We are all ready to get out, and everyone is stressed and bitchy so it makes things worse! But when summer gets here, everything will be okay again!

-One good thing about school is *ChEeRlEaDiNg TrY-oUtS* are the 21-24! I am very excited! We have new coaches who seem to very enthusiastic, and ready to make us have a good squad that our school can be proud of! I love cheerleading..and I am really excited about the upcoming squad!

-You know that feeling when you want to cry so bad, because you know it will make you feel better, but the tears just won't come? Yeah, well I have that feeling...
I'm going to be okay tho.. in a couple months my life will be on tack, hopefully... but I can't help but think about -him- and how things -used- to be.
